I look at the world with endless possibilities. ART is subjective and comes in many forms; paintings, theatre, music, dance, knitting - practical everything! My goal is to always strive to keep an open mind and take in every experience as if it were being presented on a blank canvas. It can morph into a movie, a concept, a story, or an idea filled with endless possibilities. For me, daily walks are a source of inspiration and a time to unwind. They give me time to reflect on my work or an idea, and I can begin to see it take form and shape. It's the start of my process to bring my ideas to life.
What is the meaning behind “Kid Purple?” I am a long-time fan of Prince and his music. I took on this nickname as a way to show my love of Prince’s music and his lyrics. The name has followed me throughout my life.
